Commercial Boiler Installation in Wantage, Oxfordshire – Museum Plant Room Upgrade
A commercial boiler installation in Wantage, Oxfordshire, replacing an ageing Vaillant ecoTEC Plus cascade system and hot water cylinder within a museum plant room.
Because the building has low hot water demand, we redesigned the system from the ground up. Our goal was greater efficiency and simpler day-to-day operation. We removed the existing cylinder and installed a new cascade arrangement combining Worcester Bosch 8000+ combi and system boilers. This configuration is far better matched to the site’s actual requirements.
As part of the installation, we also fitted a low loss header, motorised valves, a Grundfos circulation pump, and fully upgraded copper pipework. The result is a cleaner, more reliable commercial heating system — built around how the building is actually used.
